refund policy

Tickets are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. If you find you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, you may sell your ticket & transfer it to that person. Ticket transfers will be accepted until 60 days prior to the event. If you choose to sell your ticket, you must do so independently. We will not be responsible for making sure the ticket is sold/transferred.

Additionally, please double check your cart upon checking out. If you purchase two tickets, it is your responsibility to sell the second. No refunds will be given. If you are unsure whether your payment for your ticket went through, please email hello@thecreativesclub.com BEFORE trying again to ensure that you do not purchase multiple tickets.

If you choose a payment plan - payments made are non-refundable.


ticket transfer

Yes. If you find you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket, you may independently sell your ticket to someone else. It is your responsibility to email hello@thecreativesclub.com to complete the transfer. If the ticket is sold, but an email to transfer is not sent, the person who purchased the ticket will not be able to attend.
