Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide! Our shipping prices are based on the weight of the product(s) ordered. We include a small fee for packaging and handling, that is included in the cost of shipping. This ensures we are able to package our products with the most care and protection, making sure they arrive to you safely!
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on where you are located. We ship orders multiple times per week, and provide tracking information upon shipping.
How do I track my order?
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Returns
How do I return an item?
We accept returns of new, unopened items within 14 days of purchase. Cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the total amount refunded.
How long does it take to process my return?
Once the returned items are received, please allow up to one week for processing. Additionally, it may take 3-5 business days after your return has been processed to receive your refund.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Currently, we do not accept exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the steps to return your item(s) and place a new purchase for the item(s) wanted.

Our products are proudly manufactured in the United States.

Can I design for The Creatives Club?
We are always looking for new talent! Whether you are a product designer wanting to collaborate on a product, or a crafter looking to work with The Creatives Club on a project, we would love to chat with you. Reach out via our contact page and we will do our best to accomodate your request!
When do you release new products?
As of right now, we do not have a set release schedule. Keep an eye on our Instagram for launch details, and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about new products!
