Can I cancel My ticket after purchasing?
No. Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be cancelled, and as stated below, no refunds will be given - no exceptions. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, it is your responsibility to sell the ticket and go through the process of transferring it to the person who you sold it to.
How do I get a refund if I can't attend after signing up?
Unfortunately tickets are 100% non-refundable. No exceptions. If you find you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, you may sell your ticket & transfer it to that person. Ticket transfers will be accepted until 60 days prior to the event. If you choose to sell your ticket, you must do so independently. We will not be responsible for making sure the ticket is sold/transferred.
Additionally, please double check your cart upon checking out. If you purchase two tickets, it is your responsibility to sell the second. No refunds will be given.
If you choose the payment plan, as listed below - payments made are non-refundable.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else if I can't go?
Yes. If you find you are unable to attend after purchasing your ticket, you may independently sell your ticket to someone else. It is your responsibility to email email@example.com to complete the transfer. If the ticket is sold, but an email to transfer is not sent, the person who purchased the ticket will not be able to attend.

Can I make payments for my ticket?
Absolutely! We know how much of an investment an event like this can be and want to make it as accessible as possible for you! Two payment plans are available:
- 2 Payments of $250 & $239
- 4 Payments of $122, $122, $122 & $123

Please note: Payments must be completed by August 31st, 2018. All payments made are 100% non-refunable. If you can no longer pay for the ticket after starting payments, you are responsible for selling the ticket to cover the remaining payments (which still must be made on time) or will forfeit the ticket. If the ticket is forfeited, the purchaser will not receive a refund, will not be able to sell the ticket to someone else, and The Creatives Club may put the ticket back in the shop to be purchased by someone else.
I'm under 18, can I still attend?
Absolutely! If you are under 18, you must either be accompanied by someone over the age of 18 or an under-age contract must be signed by a parent or guardian. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
